According to the characteristics of stainless steel rope nets and wire rope nets, attention should be paid to:
- Determine the position of the pull cat and the base according to the design measurement, and the length of the on-site payout should be reduced by about 3% to 8% compared with the length of the design system. At the same time, remove or temporarily deal with the floating soil and pumice in the slope protection; on the basis of ensuring the stability of the system and the sufficient length of the deployed anchor rope, flexible adjustment is allowed; On the basis of ensuring that the downward angle of the anchor rod is not less than 45°, it should be consistent with the direction of the anchor rope to prevent danger when installing the stainless steel rope net.
- Excavation of pile holes and pouring of concrete (soil strata) or drilling of anchor holes and clearing of holes (rock stratum). For anchor bolts, the hole depth error should not be greater than 50mm; when excavating pile holes for pouring concrete, for places where the covering layer is not thick, when the base position reaches the design depth, drill holes at the anchor holes in the foundation pit. Anchor holes are drilled, and the upper foundation mixed rock surface is still soiled after the anchor rod is inserted into the bedrock and grouted.
- Anchor rod installation and grouting. The bolt body should be straight, rust-removed and oil-removed before use; the bolt should be located in the middle of the drilled hole, and the length of the rod body should not be less than 95% of the design requirements; , the length of the exposed wire end of the anchor bolt should not be less than 80mm; the vertical and horizontal spacing error between the 4 anchor bolts of each base should not be greater than 5mm; the exposed ring sleeve of the anchor bolt should not be higher than the ground after installation; When the length of the grouting anchor rod is greater than 3m, mechanical grouting should be used. After the anchor rod is installed, it should not be knocked at will, and heavy objects should not be hung or the next process construction that will cause it to be loaded within 3 days. The strength grade of grouting mortar should not be Below M20.
